libladspa-ocaml-dev software package provides OCaml bindings for LADSPA -- developpement files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libladspa-ocaml-dev
libladspa-ocaml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libladspa-ocaml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libladspa-ocaml-dev *
You will get with libladspa-ocaml-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
